How can I access my emails from the web?

You can access the webmail interface for your Basic Email (included with your hosting) directly by going to this address:

https://yourdomain.com:2096 (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name)

Enter your email address and password. (

Once logged in, feel free to change your password if you want with the link that you can find at the bottom.

You will have the option to access your emails using 3 different interfaces:

Horde: This is the interface with most features, including News (Setup Subscriptions to receive mail from different sources like Sports news, Electronics, Religion, etc…), Calendar, Notes and Tasks. IMPORTANT NOTE: you won't be able to synchronize this calendars and contacts with your computer or mobile devices. For that (and much more) you will need to subscribe to an Enterprise Email account.

RoundCube: This is the most modern-looking interface, simple and sleek.

SquirrelMail: This is another simple interface. Quite old, but gets the job done.

The choice is yours. You can try the three of them and see what you like the most. Once you have your decision you can click on Enable AutoLoad, and you will be directed to that interface automatically next time you log in. If you change your mind you will have 5 seconds to click in the Disable Autoload button that appears every time you log in.

Note: For a more advanced interface, and much more features, have a look to our Email Hosting page.

Note: If you want to read and send emails from your computer and mobile devices, follow this instructions.
